By using the 325 API, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.
2. API Usage
You agree not to use the API for illegal purposes, to generate harmful content, or to violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service.
3. Rate Limits
Each plan includes specific rate limits and token quotas. Exceeding these may result in throttling or additional charges.
4. Payments
Subscription fees are billed monthly. Credit purchases are one-time and non-refundable. All payments are processed via Stripe.
5. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but provide no guarantees. The service is provided "as is."
6. Limitation of Liability
Empire325Marketing shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this service.
